Updating file and site status

You should update the display of the Files tab, especially if several people are working on files at the same time and Workgroup Support has been recently enabled or disabled. This ensures that the latest lock status and other information provided about files is up-to-date.

To update the lock status of a single file on the Files tab:

1 Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) a file on the WebDAV tab whose lock status you want updated on the Files tab.

2 Choose Refresh Lock Status from the context menu.

To update all the information displayed on the WebDAV tab:

1 Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) anywhere on the gray background of the WebDAV tab.

2 Choose Refresh from the context menu.

To update all of the information displayed for a single file:

1 Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) a file on the WebDAV tab whose information you want updated.

2 Choose Refresh from the context menu.
